Favorite Links
Wow well how about that, I finally posted some of my favorite links. I look at all of these links at least once a week. Some of them I look at every single day. Wow get a life loser. I drew this picture awhile back and my friend Len colored it. I wan't to post more drawings but they aren't in color so I gotta work on that. Black and white just doesn't look as fancy.
Ah, The Path....
When one hopes to be a creator, meaning when one hopes to be an artist that creates something be it a work of art or some form of literature. Just thinking about it, just thinking about the finished product before it has even began can hinder progress. I just need to fucking WRITE!
I'm in the midst of something, 'something wonderful' as Kerr Dulea would say I've got this thing this monstrosity of a story in my head. A great story a great cast of Characters. So good are these people that they give me new ideas just thinking about them. What's holding me back? Me. I'm a friggin' procrastinator. Well no more as soon as i hit enter and finish off this entry i'm going to get sucked into this computer just like Flynn from Tron. Yes that's right 'In like Flynn' ugh groan.
But seriously Let me get crackin' and when I'm done I'm going to have more than this useless rough draft but a 1st draft lol and then i'm gonna do another and another I will finally show someone my 3rd draft cause knowing from past experience i stop after the first draft. Especially if i get a bad criticism I quit. Lame I know.
One thing that's really been helpful about the internet is the plethora of bad tastes and the onslaught of opinion the internet is one GIANT OPINION. I've read blogs of famous people of writers and i've read message boards of favorite shows and movies and most of the time it was 'THE GREATEST EVER' or 'WORST EVER' I hope my creation falls somewhere inbetween because that's more realistic and even if 3 people liked it at least i'd have an audience. Hehe but i'd lie if i didn't say i'd love for everyone to like it. We'll see...

Good Morning...
What up? What's wrong with this guy you ask? Why's he not posted lately? Where's the promised pics and the favorite link? Well you can see now why I can annoy the hell out of my wife. I put off everything. Hell, it even annoys me.
Can you believe my neck is bothering me again? what the hell do i do to it while i'm sleeping? Ok enough rhetorical questions for now. Summer is in full bloom and it's hotter'n shit. I hate the heat I HATE IT! I sweat so easily it's not even funny. Last friday I was taking my Daughter to have lunch with my wife while on her lunch break. We had to drive over to watauga and on 35 on friday anytime of day the traffic royally sucks ass. Well We were in start and stop traffic for about 30 minutes till we arrived at the Cracker Barrel. My wife and her Mother hadn't arrived yet so I decided to drive around the parking lot until they showed up. Emma was asleep so I thought it better than waking her up since experience dictates a cranky baby in an eatery isn't fun.
I talked to my Dad on the cell while driving around the building over and over. We talked about George Romero movies and the joy that zombies bring to our family that was raised on horror movies. I let him go seeing the wife pull in. I parked the car right next to hers and just then Boom and steam came out of the hood. I knew it. The radiator hose I was guessing. We did'nt let it bother us, we went to eat and the Mother in law called for a tow to be taken to our resident mechanic Barney.
Back in the day this would have ruined my day having the car break down. But I was just thankful that the car decided to do that once we got to a parking lot and not on 35 in the start and stop traffic that woulda been terrible with just me and my baby. So it was actually a day to be happy and thankful. I enjoyed the hell out of my lunch and my Friday and so did Emma who was none the wiser and enjoyed it watching dad sweat as he took the car seat out of one car and into the other and everyone rode in one car together.

Alphabet Kisses...
Two and two make four then why does standing in an alley with a blind man make me want to yell 5?
Wtf?
apples and oranges don't matter nothing is moot except for the fact that they are both fruit.
When skiing time to go and drink milkshakes is wayyy past ones bedtime as the sandy critters sweat in the hot sun.
Good god it's hot and I'm delirious. Sometimes when one sees a work of art such as a painting or a sculpture even and Movie. Was something we read into merely a result of it being too hot or too cold in the work environment of the artist?
I sing a song with made up lyrics and all i know are letters to the alphabet i sing it to my daughter and give her a kiss.
goodnight.

Wow what a procrastinator...
...Anyone who knows me knows one thing for sure about me and that I am a procrastinator. Have I written a review for ROTS yet? No. Have I gotten anymore toys out of my attic? No. I have no excuse except that I just didn't feel like it.
Revenge of the Sith Rocked. Thumbs up. It's too hot to go in the attic, I was very interested a couple weeks ago but could care less now. Hehe.
My Daughter has been baptized. Thank goodness now she will disappear when that big trumpet or is it a tenor sax like Kenny G? Goes off in the sky! I keed I keed.
Hopefully we'll hear no more of that shit.
I've been working on a top secret project that involves a form of entertainment in the motion picture arts. It's what I hope to be a Sitcom style Sci Fi show and I hope I'm not the only one who likes it. I've been taking notes for a long time and am ready to crank out a script but I'm holding back. I hate when I do this. Why do i put shit off. I'm inspired right now and now is the right time to write it. I am going to do it this week. I want so much to share this with other people cause I love it. I love the characters and I know that I would most certainley tune into this show every week. Time to get to work.
Talk to you sooner than later.

The Darkened Theater...
Is there any thing better than Air Conditioning in a dark Movie theater with the smell of buttered popcorn in the air? Pitch black as the projector comes to life with the opening previews of movies to come and then....The Film. Ah good times. One of the best movie going experiences I ever had was seeing THE ROAD WARRIOR in Westwood Calif. with my Dad while on Summer break. The sound system and giant screen were like none I'd ever experienced. I wish I could remember the name of that theater cause it rocked! Oh man I think that changed movie going for me for the rest of my life. Never again did I want to go to the local cineplex to watch films I wanted to EXPERIENCE FILMS! I wanted to be blown away by every film I saw. Certain big movies we'd venture forth to have a grande experience such as RETURN OF THE JEDI. Being in Texas now I miss those big theaters in California. Man they know how to watch their movies in Westwood.
Now in the day of Home Theater we can enjoy a dvd at home with 5.1 or 6.1 or 7.1 sound with as many powered subwoofers as we can hook up to our A/V Recievers and CRANK IT UP! And WE DO.
I have a low level system meaning I didnt spend thousands on it. But I am happy to be able to watch THE ROAD WARRIOR on dvd in my home and blast it to my hearts content. I wish the mix on the dvd was better but i'm not gonna complain. I have 5.1 and two powered subs hooked up to my Pioneer reciever. When I have afternoons to myself I close the drapes and make it pitch black and put in a dvd. I turn the volume WAAAAAAY up. And in pitch darkness the room comes alive as the soundtrack begins with the opening titles and I am sucked in.
Not bad not bad, But one day I want to have a dedicated room with a front projector and I will have my darkened theater, until then I can only dream........at the movies.

Breakfast in Bed
I never have breakfast in bed. I can't think of many times I have. I'd like to have a full blown 3 course breakfast wiht eggs and hashbrowns and bacon in bed. I might be too wound up to actually do this since I don't like to make messes but since it's a fantasy I don't make a mess at all, No crumbs.
